Organic Coconut Nectar from The Coconut Company is sweet, unrefined syrup derived from the sap of the coconut flower blossom.

The sap is gently heated under low temperatures to produce syrupy nectar with a distinctive sweet earthy flavour.

Organic Coconut Nectar can be used as a substitute for processed liquid syrups and other plant-based nectars. It has a low GI (Glycemic Index) of approximately 35, compared with other processed syrups which typically have a GI over 65.

Coconut nectar can be used as a direct one-to-one replacement for other syrups. Commonly used in baking or making desserts and confectionery.
