It's important to know that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
It is possible due to unseen circumstances that such potential delays could occur, such as due to a high volume of orders, or postal service, some items could be from international shipping companies and could reflect on the delivery time scale.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Price: pricing can change depending on the number of items, weight, and size, please refer to the checkout or product listing for more information.
Deliveries are made from 8 am to 8 pm on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer multiple international shipping options:
Standard Shipping — This is the most economical shipping method. However, you will need to be patient as delivery times can be quite long. They usually vary from 3 to 10 days, but some customers have to wait even longer.
Premium Shipping — This shipping method offers delivery in as little as 3 - 5 days. However, it is important to note that this service is only available for selected items. The cost for this shipping method is higher, but it is worth it if you need your item quickly.
Private couriers — Your order shipped with a private courier. This is the most expensive option of all shipping methods but offers the fastest delivery times. In most cases, you can expect to receive your item within seven days, hence the high cost.
Some orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WOWZA DEAL LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@wowzadeal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please email us at contact@wowzadeal.com
Faulty Goods
1. If you discover a fault with any goods please let us know promptly. We will normally offer a repair, exchange, or refund of faulty goods. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify the fault.
2. We will pay for the costs of returning any goods that are faulty.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@wowzadeal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
