Ingredients:
Each tablet contains an extract from Panicum miliaceum (millet) seed (125mg), extract from fresh Urtica dioica (stinging nettle) herb (125mg), brewer’s yeast powder and zinc citrate 3-hydrate. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized maize starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and glycerol to 580mg.

1 tablet contains 3mg zinc. 2 tablets provides 40% of adult EC RDA
