Directions:

Take 1-2 capsules 2 times a day, 30 mins before food.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 4 capsules in any 24 hours.
Do not take this product for prolonged periods. Take for a maximum of 10 weeks and abstain for a full 2 weeks before supplementing with this product further.
