How to use Broccoli seeds for sprouting
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water.

Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds
Temperature: 18 – 22oC
Water: Twice daily
Ready to eat: After approximately 4 to 6 days

Ingredients

Ingredients: Sprouting Broccoli seeds (Brassica rapa var. cymosa, Raab).

 

Broccoli sprouts contain a naturally-occurring compound called sulforaphane glucosinolate, which has, according to research an antioxidant action that is helpful in maintaining a healthy circulatory system. As well as being nutritionally beneficial they have a fresh taste and make an interesting addition to salads and other dishes.
